Exchange & Return Policy

Assalamualaikum,

Dear valued customer, we sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This page is designed to help us process your exchange and return requests smoothly. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to making things right for you.

01. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product packaging was significantly damaged upon arrival
  • You are unsatisfied with the scent
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
  • The perfume oil must have at least 90% of the product remaining
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product packaging was significantly damaged upon arrival
  • You are unsatisfied with the scent

 

02. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
  • The product has been used beyond 10%
  • The request is made after 14 days of delivery
  • The damage is caused by customer handling
  • The item is discounted, part of a bundle, or any item with a broken or missing seal

Note: This policy is only for online purchases. If the testers or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond the condition in which it was sent to you, there may be small charges. Regarding perfume oil, a small fee applies if the product has been used up to 10%. No charges apply for almost negligible use; however, if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure your returned product complies with the guidelines above.

 

03. Packaging Charges

If the original packaging is missing or damaged beyond the condition in which it was sent to you, the following charges apply:
 1. Damaged/Missing box  ৳100
2. Up to to 10% used  ৳100
3. More than 10% used  Not eligible

*No charges are applicable for almost negligible use

 

04. Receiving a Refund

If a refund is approved:
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer
  • The refund amount will reflect the exact price paid when the order was placed
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval

 

05. Replacement & Exchange Process

After reviewing your request, if the issue is verified, we will:
  • Replace the product with the same fragrance, or
  • Exchange it for a different Sultanate fragrance of your choice

*The process may take 5–7 working days, depending on location and courier availability.

 

06. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake — wrong or damaged product — Sultanate will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for any shipping charges.
