Delivery

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Orders are processed and shipped from Sylhet.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1-2 days inside Sylhet and 3-4 days outside Sylhet.

What is the delivery charge?

Delivery charge is ৳60 inside Sylhet and ৳120 outside Sylhet. Orders above 1500 taka qualify for free delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred fragrance, fill in your details, and confirm your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, all our products come in a good packaging that makes them perfect for gifting.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all of Bangladesh.

How do I pay via bKash?

After placing your order, select bKash or Nagad as your payment method. Send the payment to our designated number and enter the Transaction ID to confirm.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible perfumes within 15 days of purchase. The product must have at least 90% of the juice remaining, and minor deductions may apply if the original packaging, cellophane, or tester is missing or damaged. For more info check the Return Policy page.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 3 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
